Terms and conditions for ticket purchase:
- You can only buy one ticket at a time, so if you want to buy multiple tickets, please buy them separately.
- Book your Early Bird-ticket until Friday 18 June to secure the best price.
- Tickets are refundable in full if the cancellation is done up to 3 weeks prior to the conference date. The final day to cancel your ticket and get a refund is Monday 7 September.

- We accept payments by credit/debit card as well as invoice.
- Please ensure accurate payment information such as billing address. Consult your finance department before purchasing your ticket if you are not sure about which information to use.
- If your organisation processes payments through portals, please use card payment to facilitate a seamless payment process for both parties.
- Kindly note that we are unable to process payments that require registration with external portals.
- If you are working in the public sector (staten, region eller kommun) and if your organisation uses Peppol-ID or GLN, please make sure that you provide the correct payment information.
