Welcome to the Nordic Privacy Arena, where knowledge meets action in the realm of privacy and data protection! This year, we are thrilled to present our theme: ”Working Smarter! The Nordic Privacy Arena isn’t just about knowing the theory – it’s about understanding the practice”.

We believe in going beyond theory to delve into the practical aspects of privacy management. Therefore, this year’s NPA was designed to bridge the gap between understanding and implementation, offering attendees invaluable insights and strategies for navigating the complex landscape of privacy regulations and providing them with the best tools to apply the regulations in a systematic way.

• • Dates: Monday September 30 and Tuesday October 1.
  • Times:
    • Monday: 09:15 – 17:40 followed by mingle from 17:45.
    • Tuesday: 09:00 – 17:00. Information about the breakfast workshop will be updated shortly.
  • Venue: Mässhallen, Münchenbryggeriet.
  • Address: Torkel Knutssonsgatan 2, Stockholm.

Terms and conditions for ticket purchase:

• • You can only buy one ticket at a time, so if you want to buy multiple tickets, please buy them separately.
  • Tickets are refundable in full if the cancellation is done up to 3 weeks prior to the conference date. The conference dates are Monday September 30 and Tuesday October 1 so the final day to cancel your ticket and get a refund is Monday September 9.
  • After Monday September 9, tickets become non-refundable.

Please be informed about our billing procedures:

• • We accept payments via credit/debit card as well as payment by invoice.
  • Please ensure that the payment information such as billing address is accurate. Consult your finance department before purchasing your ticket if you are not sure about which information to use.
  • Additionally, if your company processes payments through portals, please use card payment to facilitate a seamless payment process for both parties.
  • Kindly note that we are unable to process payments that require registration with external portals.
  • If you are working in the public sector (staten eller kommunen) and if your employer is using Peppol-ID or GLN, please make sure that you provide the correct payment information.
