Anna is a Change management professional with 20+ years experience of supporting organizations to deliver the expected benefits from projects that involve changing behaviors and ways of working. She is an engineer that worked in the telecommunication industry for 15 years, moving on to implementing ERP systems before becoming a consultant specializing in change management. Since 2017 she has supported multiple organizations in initiatives to comply with GDPR and continues to help enable them in the continous work. Anna has been the Change mananger for several global digitalization initiatives and has helped build change management knowledge and ability in organizations. She is a co-author of the book ”Change management” that is used at universities and among pratctitioners.
