Andreea is a lawyer with over 10 years of experience working with EU data protection and digital law matters and their effects globally. She has worked as an outside counsel for most of her career, having advised on data protection matters since the very early stages of cloud computing emergence. Between 2019 and 2024 she worked in leading in-house roles, first for Volvo Cars and then The Boeing Company, dealing with data protection and AI governance at global scale. She now runs PrivacyCraft, a hub for data protection and tech law consultancy and training, and also lectures at the Maastricht University’s European Center for Privacy and Cybersecurity in the Netherlands.
